"dirty stair carpet at the entrance gives a poor introduction. Our basement room was ok for one night. Dinner in the restaurant was good but the attitude of some staff was unfortunate and some were scruffy. Very interesting architecture and history."

Room was great (albeit hot) and breakfast was also great, lovely restaurant staff, would definitely recommend and location was also a bonus."
