"I rented the room for two friends, one visiting from out of state. They said everything was great except that check out was noon but when they went to put luggage in car at 11 the "key" would no longer work."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Westmark Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the location is conveniently close to downtown. It felt quieter, likely because it’s winter and there weren’t many guests around, but we didn’t mind at all."

"Room was good. Staff was AMAZING. Cass went above and beyond for us. She spent time with us telling us the best place to see the Northern Lights. On our first day there we came out to a very flat tire and Cass came running out to us with a portable tire pump. We are able to make it back to the rental place and get a new vehicle. Loved her. Great employee!!"

"Our stay was so off the charts amazing we're not sure how to even begin our review of the Bed and Breakfast ~ imagine being your grandmother's favorite grandchild and walking into her home and being embraced by the aroma of gingerbread cookies and every other smell that is so delicious it takes your breath away and then imagine being greeted by the proprietress {that would be Jill} and warmly greeted and welcomed to this amazing property that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places ~ taken on a tour of the beyond beautiful home then taken to your room that is even more perfect than the brochure shows and then awaken to the most delicious mouthwatering homecooked breakfast imaginable...joining the hosts Scott and Jill and other guests for breakfast ~ coffee and conversation memory making and good cheer! Jill and Scott thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being the beginning of our unbelievably amazing Alaska Arctic Journey ~ Bobby and Sharman"

"Beautiful lodge. Spacious guest rooms with his in her sinks. Great lobby and delicious restaurant. Satellite TV reception is poor but when I stay here again? Absolutely."
