The Imperial Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The Imperial is a large “older” hotel, set right on the waterfront in 4 landscaped acres. The staff are wonderfully kind, helpful, and efficient. The food (we had breakfast and dinner) was very good, especially the breakfasts, with a large choice. We were very happy with and at the Imperial. However, we are very elderly and it turns out that 95% of the other guests were very elderly too, which was fine for us but might not be what a younger crowd is looking for."

"The hotel was beautiful, clean, tidy and quiet. Great having interlocking rooms! Breakfast was fresh every day, restaurant clean and tidy. Definitely be back to stay."

"This is a great hotel as it is on the outskirts of Exeter so you don’t have to drive into the busy city and it has free parking. The rooms are well maintained and the staff are lovely."

"I stayed for one night (Saturday-Sunday). Upon arrival at the hotel there was no parking spaces at the front of the hotel. Spaces are limited, so its first come, first served. I managed to get a space on the opposite side of the road to the hotel,"
Woodbury Park Hotel and Golf Club

"The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms spacious and clean, quiet and comfortable. The driving range was convenient, staffed by helpful and funny people. padel was also very quick to get to. It was easy going and relaxed. OK, the weather was great and that’s the icing on the cake."
