"Renovations are planned so we knew what to expect. Very dated but lovely old building. Staff were great and did their best. Great breakfast and comfy bed. Our stay a bit uncomfortable due to extreme heat. Despite this we enjoyed our stay."

"I booked the hotel as it says that it had air conditioning. It doesn’t when i asked the staff they were rude and unhelpful. This is a rundown overpriced relic of a hotel. The gentleman on reception was the rudest person i have ever encountered. Avoid"
"Lovely location with available parking outside the property or on the roadside. Beautiful views of the beach out of our bedroom window. Room was clean and comfortable with the expected basics provided.
Staff were helpful and informative and keen to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a served full English which can be adapted to suit individual needs.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel and I look forward to staying here again."
"The hotel had some character. We booked car parking for £12 a night at the rear of the hotel, we did not expect to park on waste ground with a 75 yard walk to the back door. The room was small but OK. We booked a table for 7pm. in the restaurant when we arrived the room was empty and no sign of staff, we enquired in the bar to be told that meals were being served in the bar.
We ordered drinks to have with the meal and were asked to pay for them, we said would they book it to our room, this...
