"From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. Check-in was quick and friendly, and the staff were warm, caring, and genuinely attentive — it made all the difference and set the tone for the rest of the stay. The room was spotless, genuinely the cleanest I’ve ever seen and beautifully presented with everything exactly where it should be. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and I had the most restful, uninterrupted night’s sleep. I woke up feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The hotel itself is stylish, peaceful, and clearly maintained with great care. Every detail, from the calming decor to the little thoughtful touches, made it feel like a home away from home. What really makes this place special is that it has found the perfect balance - a team of truly exceptional people, and a hotel that is immaculately run and presented. Both are so important to an excellent stay, but it’s rare to find them both done to such a high standard. Here, they’ve absolutely nailed it. I’ve stayed in many places, but this one really stands out for all the right reasons. It was perfect from start to finish. I’ll 100% be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a top-class stay."

"Great stay as usual here. We use this as a stop off point on our way to Cornwall. Great location, plenty of parking, breakfast included. Rooms are a little dated and could do with an upgrade but they are clean and the other factors make up up for this. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo, it was the perfect setting for a relaxing couples’ getaway. The boutique feel, stylish decor, and cozy atmosphere made it feel both luxurious and intimate. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was ideal for exploring, but also offered a peaceful retreat when we wanted to unwind. "Easy to access, plenty of free parking, and excellent pool. However, the walls are quite thin, and on 3/5 nights other tourists decided to delay our sleep for hours. On the bright side, when I complained to the reception about this, the disturbance ended within 15 minutes, so well done to the reception crew. Would i return here? Probably not, but for others it would be perfect"
