This was my first time at a Holiday Inn Express and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff at this hotel are so friendly and nice. I highly recommend this hotel. Clean, great house keeping staff, main desk staff are lovely. Breakfast regularly turned over and fresh.

Overall a nice hotel close to the city centre of Exeter. The staff was nice and the hotel was nice and clean. The rooms are to small for a family of four (two adults and two small children).

Nice reception area and a wide range of breakfast choices including a nicely cooked hot buffet. The Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well laid out for my stay. The shower was spacious and there were plenty of towels and shampoo, plus soap dispensers.

We had a great stay. Everything was excellent- staff were very kind, the place was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very generous with plenty of options to choose from. Breakfast was Continental and cooked options. Plenty of food available. Used plates cleared promptly. Staff friendly and helpful. Bedroom was a good size for two people and clean. Comfortable bed. The shower was very roomy. Only downside was not enough rails to hang used towels, so had to drape over the shower framing. Plenty of parking and we were given a 50% discount voucher (we stayed 2 nights). Dinner meals were adequate. Pizza was yum. Would be nice to see more vegetables in menu options though Overall it was a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend.
