Highly recommend! Front desk staff member was friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived. The room, including the bathroom, was spotless, spacious and comfortable. We had heavy luggage so they put us on a floor that had a working lift. Great location in the middle of Exeter. Loved the building! Free wifi but not secured with a password.

Very clean, staff were lovely. Bed was huge and very comfy. The walls are incredibly thin though, we could hear the guest in the room next door on his phone, we could hear every word! Luckily we had brought earplugs for night. The car park is small but alternative parking was available. Can’t fault the location, right by the town centre. Didn’t eat in the hotel because there was so much choice minutes from the hotel. Would book again, good value for money.
