"Extremely nice staff. They are helpful and fast with requests. Room was nice, comfortable with a mini- refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is in walking distance and pretty much of everything, which was also great. The only downfall that I could see was the elevators they only had two, and you could only fit a total of five people inside. All in all, it was a really nice stay."

"The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The check in was easy and they gave us a voucher for a drink in the lounge bar. We had a very nice stay. Great location, the river walk is with in walking distance."

"The staff at the front desk are very nice and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel has great homemade chips! The room was a little small but we weren’t there a lot so it was good! I’d stay there again. It’s walking distance to most tourist locations."
