It was very convenient hotel near the European Union. The bus to airport was in 1 min walking distance. This train metro station 2 mins walking distance and 5 stops about 10 mins to city centre. No complimentary breakfast. Hotel staff helpful. Room clean and spacious enough.

Lovely quiet room, lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby.

Literally 2 min away from shuman station. Might be a bit noisy in the morning but what do u expect in that busy part if the world! Very convenient to all amenities and stuffs are really friendly as well as helpful. Would recommend to everyone.

Room were clean and tidy, staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Location is near the underground station and from there you can explore brussels and go to central station if you want to visit different cities

I arrived at a busy time and had a short wait to check in. But, I was checked in a friendly and polite manner. My room was clean and neatly laid out. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed a couple of good nights of sleep. Breakfast is served promptly at 06:30 and you have a very wide selection of food that will satisfy most diets. Superb Hotel !!! The staff was amazing very soft-spoken, and really understanding they ensured my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and neat. Overall I enjoyed and loved my stay at the hotel.

The service is great and i love the cosy feel of the bar and restaurant. From a condition perspective I think it's looking a little tired in places. There are very few wall sockets in the rooms, some of which I have found not to work. Places to sit with colleagues in the morning/during the day to have a short meeting are very limited.

The hotel was very good. The price was quite high when I stayed, although it seemed OK for the area. Check in was quick, the room was a good size with desk, sofa / coffee table and a bed. The decorations in the room are a little tired with the dark wall paper being scraped in places, but perfectly liavable with! The room was a little dark at night with only lamps around the edges of the room. Also at least some of the power sockets turn off with the light switch so check this if charging...

Excellent hotel. Right on a corner of a reasonably quiet neighbourhood. There is some contruction work happening outside at other properties on the street (September 2019) so can be noisy but not the fault of the hotel. Has a small underground carpark with 10 spaces which is quite tight and was £20 per night. Staff friendly, interior looks nice. Two floors with a traditional tiny euopean elevator/lift. This is a hotel of very good class, with professional and very friendly staff. It is located, as others have observed, next to the fairly huge and symbolically important Parc du Cinquantenaire, which also hides a massive free car park to which staff will point you. The self-parking is in the little driveway at the front and is pricey at €25/day. It is a brief walk to Mérode, with tube, trams and buses; so, very well connected. Perfect location, loved it

Friendly hotel just a few minutes walk from Porte Du Namur metro station, it was ideal for a short break while exploring Brussels, breakfast was good here too.

We booked three rooms at Diamant Suites Brussels EU for three days. Our experience here was excellent, the standard was even better than we had expected. The receptionists were so helpful and always willing to help. They held the hotel to an extremely high standard and it was worth every penny.
