"Easy to make reservation, easy check-in, friendly front desk staff. Hotel is clean, room was in excellent condition, breakfast buffet offered many choices. Very convenient location steps from train station. Ten to twelve minute walk to many historical tourist attractions with multiple restaurant choices. "

"Great location and very pretty area and village. We were caught out by not booking a restaurant. It’s clearly a popular area. Our room (2 kids and 2 adults) was fantastic with 2 floors, both with en suites. It was quiet and breakfast was good. Only downside was there were two power cuts at 4.30 & 5.20am which meant all the lights in the room came on and it took a while to figure out how to get them back off, so we didn’t get much sleep after 4.30am."

"Great place to stay with the most friendly and helpful staff. The lobby is a great place to hang out and grab a few drinks and play some games. From the second I got there they were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was extremely clean and a great size. The bathroom included soap, shampoo and conditioner which was a bonus. I was able to utilize their gym and they have a great tablet to provide you with a workout of your choosing which was very helpful! They also have a parking garage ($10 per night) that connects to the lobby. Definitely walkable to Rulantica and Europa park since it's in the middle of both parks. It was about a 15-20 min walk to Europa Park through the town and a 15 minute walk to Rulantica. We felt extremely safe walking there even at night time as there are a TON of restaurants between the walk and near the hotel. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"The hotel doesn’t tidy your room each day, instead every other day. We asked, they said they would, they didn’t. This is also a really busy hotel and very noisy where our room was overlooking the vehicle drop off. It also means that breakfast is a scrum, so get there early. The parking is really expensive. We parked on road for a fraction of the cost. "

"The night receptionist was lovely but the room and hotel in general were very tatty and dated. Breakfast looked nothing like the pictures and we didn’t eat anything so wasted a fair bit of money pre paying for it"
