"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. "The location was perfect to hit all the tourist spots, The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help. The bunk beds were perfect for kids. The places was mostly pros, only very minor con was the hotel exterior and interior architecture is a bit eclectic, the lights were very dim and no TV in the room. These could be a pro for some families too but a minor con for my family. Overall I liked it and will stay again here on my next Lisbon visit."
