"When I arrived at the hotel, I couldn't contact anyone. No one answered the phone and I waited a long time before the call was returned. When I got in, I found that the sheets and bath towels in the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper, the shower head in the bathroom was about to fall off, and the toilet was also dirty. I won't live in this room anymore."

"Spacious amd clean two bedroom apartment for 6 of us (with two elementary school-going children). Everything works well from wifi, electronics, water heater and aircons. Location was great as it's just 5-10 mins drive from central Malacca with many great dining options nearby. Will consider staying again next time."

The air conditioner is Mitsubishi, the microwave is Sharp, and there’s even a water filtration system that provides hot drinking water. Outside, there’s a Midea washing machine. Overall, everything is very clean, and so far I haven’t found any shortcomings. "

The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment."
