Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness, Unhygienic Rooms, and Bad Experience I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience staying at Amber Cove Premier Suites Melaka. The overall condition of the accommodation was far below my expectations, and the property failed to provide the basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality that any guest deserves. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene standards were extremely disappointing. The washroom was also dirty and unhygienic, making it uncomfortable to use. The condition of the room clearly indicated a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. The bedding and overall sleeping environment were not satisfactory, and the room did not provide the level of comfort expected from a premier suite. The property appeared poorly maintained, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. Considering the amount paid for the accommodation, the experience was completely unacceptable and offered very poor value for money. A property advertised as a premier suite should ensure that its rooms, bedding, washrooms, and facilities are clean, comfortable, and properly maintained. Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hygienic place to stay in Melaka. The management seriously needs to improve housekeeping, hygiene, maintenance, and overall guest service. I would not choose this property again.
