We selected this hotel for location, however the services provided by the hotel and staff were excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful, from the manager (very visible during our stay), to reception and housekeeping staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and again staff couldn't have been more attentive during this service. Rooms were well equipped (even had a microwave). I would highly recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel before and would definitely stay here again. The staff are friendly, approachable and offer exemplary customer service. The rooms are great and everything was spotless. The air con was a bit loud but I don't live somewhere that needs it and most people might not even notice. Either way I was able to turn it off when I wanted with ease. I wasn't affected by noise on the floor- couldn't really hear anyone in adjacent rooms :) The breakfast was good and there was a good...
