Everyone from the valet to the front desk to housekeeping/room service staff were attentive and helpful! Can't recommend it enough. Hotel upgraded us to a suite which was immaculate. Complimentary valet is also great. "

"We loved our stay! If possible, having different breakfast options each day might make longer stays a bit better, rather than the same menu each day. I’d recommend a manager’s “reception” each night with wine, cheese, fruit, etc. The house is definitely made for entertaining. Also, while the soaps in the bathroom were nice, switching to a spa brand might also make it a bit nicer. Our room, the Maria Pia was very comfortable and it was nice hanging out in the common areas. The parking was incredible, given the historic home’s location. I’d definitely recommend the Batcheller Mansion Inn and stay here again! "
