"I was disappointed with the service at the reception. The two female staff members were unfriendly and had very unpleasant facial expressions. Their attitude clearly showed a lack of hospitality and professionalism. They spoke to us in a rude tone and seemed irritated, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Good service starts with a positive attitude, especially in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations.

"The room was spacious, breakfast restaurant had a wide variety with live egg/omelette station. The swimming pool and bar section is great for westerners with Live music / DJ and sports screenings. The kids games area is also a great area to keep kids entertained. Parking is free and the hotel is located close to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. International multilingual staff provide great service. The museum located inside the hotel was closed. "
