"I NEVER got to step foot on to this property and yet my card was charged twice $116.74 and again $84.00 while I was my flight before landing in DC. I called the hotel to ask about the charges, after receiving a text that I must checkout at noon. I was still in the air on my flight which is what I tried to explain due to the bad weather DC was experiencing. This occurred on March 16, my reservation was made on March 15th, 2026. I spoke with a total of 3 people before arriving, in the end Diane was the last person that would handle this situation. I also spoke with Expedia on this matter and NO ONE is helping to resolve this problem of taking my money without an end product! "
