The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. The only thing not so good is the walls are thin and can hear the neighbours talking on the phone and children crying. There was also noise from the water pipes when guest from other rooms are taking showers or flushing toilets. "

We absolutely love the hotel staff team, they had helped drive us to the post office for us to send stuff back home and even used their own motor bikes to drive us there. The staff treated us like family, they were so friendly and so attentive. location. Huong was wonderful, she coordinated our pick up from the airport with little notice,
and helped us immensely with our trip to Halong Bay! The staff in general were extremely
