"The breakfast was okay, not the best for sure. The room is clean but the bathroom fan and the AC were very loud, so loud that my kids couldn't sleep the first night."

"My experience here was a bit odd. The first room I got was not clean, the best was squeaky and I felt really uncomfortable and it was right near the breakfast room and WAS loud I didn’t sleep and it didn’t have a bathtub. They were kind and moved me to another room, the staff were fantastic. "

"Hotel is dated , also not much to do , doesn’t have many areas to relax that are welcoming , especially with a group for sports . We had to have our drinks in the front lobby with the parents of our sports team , smelling smoke from outside and feeling cold . It was not ideal. I was also disappointed free breakfast isn’t included , and no pool or hot tub. Not much for kids to do at all . Was also disappointed to have pay $15 daily for parking in a parking lot with lots of spaces , they are not limited for parking, so not sure why we had to pay extra for it . It would be nice if the hotel had an outside bbq area or gas fire pit to enjoy while staying there . The hotel is lacking in that department big time . "

"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unsafe. The room had no smoke alarm, the HVAC unit was dirty, broken, and had exposed wiring, and during the night I woke up with cockroaches on me. I immediately contacted the front desk. Although another room was offered, the conditions made it impossible for me to stay. I requested a refund and was told the manager would call me in the morning. He never did. When I followed up, I was told he had already left for the day. When he finally called later, he refused a refund and insisted that pest control had been there recently. Between the safety issues, the pests, and the lack of accountability from management, I cannot recommend this hotel."

"The room and bathroom were generally clean, but it was noticeable that the floors hadn’t been vacuumed before I checked in, and they still hadn’t been done the next day. The hotel used to maintain a much higher standard, so this was a bit disappointing compared to previous stays."
