"I've been staying in this hotel for the last 9 years whenever I had to come to Electronic City, the staff are simply amazing, food is fantastic and rooms are very clean and comfortable. "Not-so good, receptionists aren't to an accettable professional level and after saying reservation wan't available for one of the three guests (in front of a single reservation for three rooms) they didn't made a single invoice the day after and so on. "This was like a lodge with no proper service.. not even providing 24/7 hot water. Break fast was terrible. No khelp provided to even take the bags to the 2nd floor reception. Generally felt really cheated. OYO name does not gurantee you a good place to stay. "I took two rooms at starlit service apartments. Getting there was a bit of trouble because of bad roads, however the place was very good. The rooms were good, have an owen, television, induction stove, tea/coffee maker, excellent beds.
