"This is within easy walking distance from the bookshops of Church Street, and the old eating establishments like Konark, MTR (old branch), Koshy's. The service is a bit of a hit-and-miss: asked for a two person stay but got only one set of towels. For the rest, service was courteous and prompt. Overall, a very pleasant staying experience, especially if your work takes you to the center of Bangalore."

"Is is a clean hotel worth 3500 Rs per night. However, I was charged above 5000 via Expedia. I like as it is connected with the Elements mall. The broken sewage in front of the property made it impossible to walk outside. I never accessed the pool as I was told it is closed after 7:00 pm. Never got connected for in room dining service; phone rang and rang and disconnected always. "

"Food and room service was excellent . However room did not have acrive cable cinnection despite placing multiple requests . Fan regulator was misisng . Front office staff could be more receptive to guest requests . Final billing was delayed "

Beautiful pool was closed due to Bangalore water restrictions (I was warned when I made my reservation). Will definitely stay again, especially since the other hotels on MG Road are at least double the price."
