"Terrible service. Initially we were given a different room that was cheaper than we had booked. The next day we moved to the room we were actually supposed to get. The more expensive room had less towel, in both the rooms the ac remote doesnt work and had no fan...so either we were freezing with the AC on at a constant 18 degrees C or sweating! "Very newly opened hotel. So everything is new, in-place. The room service was lacking - the AC remote was missing. No bottled water unless asked for. I am sure with the right attitude of the management, this hotel would do great in the stay and service."
