"Hotel is beauty and in an amazing location. Steps away from shopping, restaurants and tasting rooms. Stay for the location itself. We were disappointed that there isn’t a real pool. The QR code to order room service wasn’t working and we weren’t able to connect to the restaurant directly. Food at the restaurant wasn’t great either. But the location is great and the staff were very helpful. "

"Room was old, pretty clean, but carpet had a dog pee smell. Broken things, sharp corners on chipped granite, bathroom outlet cover cracked in half. No one servicing the pool, had to ask for towels. Babies in the hot tub without swim diapers on, so gross. Really should be an age limit sign for the hot tub. Guests above us were partying in their room until 2am couldn't sleep it was so loud, constant stomping. Bartender was super awesome and nice, but wouldn't stay here again if you paid us."

"Lovely hotel. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was just right. Appreciated the attention to detail overall. Workout room was little out of the way, but it served its purpose."

"Unfortunately this was just a quick overnight stay for an early morning hospital appt. 4 minutes from SR Memorial! We've stayed here many times and always love it. Pool area is great, restaurant is great. We love it here! Signage needs to be improved to find check in lobby though. Very convenient hotel/resort!"
