I don’t understand why they can’t take the time to fix loose faucets, clean stains off of the couch, repair holes on the bathroom walls, etc., when you’re paying that kind of price for a room. Woke up to a banging noise at 4:00am, that happened 3 more times, which we believe was from the hvac. Definitely not top of the list for a place to stay at Stateline. "

"This place was so convenient! It is across the street from the Heavenly Ski Resort tram, making it extremely easy for us to get up on the mountain. The staff was very kind and efficient in helping us get our ski gear in and out of our vehicle."

"Staff was very nice, helped me with my parking pass and early check in. The room was ok, but desperately needs upgrades features in the shower. I also hate the smell of smoke, it’s 2026, isn’t it time to get rid of smoking inside?!"
