"Beautiful resort. Modern and clean rooms. Great pool area for kids. Excellent access to beach. Restaurants except steakhouse don’t take resos and they don’t accommodate a lot of diners even though the restaurant looked empty. Would be nice to have staff taking drink order at the loungers or pool areas so you don’t need to wait in long lines at the bar. I would suggest more food options at pool areas. Even just fruit or something."

"As soon as we got there they tried to sell me “not a time share” but “a vacation club”. I didn’t go to a “luxury” resort to get a sales pitch (the moment I arrived before I even could get my room key). The overriding issue wasn’t the sales pitch, but the guy refused to take no for an answer and the exchange started to get heated. This was my first armony/marival resort (normally do secrets or presidente) and that stupid rude vacation club sales pitch will make it my last/only stay with this group. The resort was nice and most the staff were great. "

"This place was great! It was very nice and cozy. Most common spaces did not have air conditioning so if it was a hot day, bare with the heat! Your room was the coolest place. They somewhat had plenty for the little kids/toddler/babies to do. They had a little splash area designed for them and that was great. There dry playground definitely needs a new makeover. Maybe make the ground a soft ground play area instead of some rough gravel sand. After 6pm there wasn’t anything left to do for babies or toddlers unless they had an even or showing that falls into your time of stay or itinerary of the day. They have an indoor play area but that was off for day care or camp time most of the day. They should at least open later hours for parents who want there kids to tired themselves out before bed. And that area needed Air Conditioning also. It was very warm in a lot of indoor areas also. But overall I like the place and if your have a small growing family or even just a getaway on a nice beach front this place was OK in my books"

"The property is lovely. I highly recommend the room with the swim up pool. There were times we had amazing service, and other times (breakfast and the rooftop) where the service was mediocre. After a so/so experience at breakfast, we ordered breakfast room service the next day which was absolutely fantastic. FYI, there’s not much going on after 8 pm. We wanted a relaxing weekend, so it worked for us."

"Good overall experience, but specialty dining reservations need major improvement Overall, we had a good experience. Our room in the newest building was spacious, with a great view of the pool and partial ocean. However, the A/C made a loud noise during its first 20 seconds, which woke up my family at night. The buffet food was decent but average, though the weekend morning menudo and birria were surprisingly good for an all-inclusive in Nuevo Vallarta. Specialty restaurants were acceptable but not much better than the buffet. The biggest issues were the reservation system and the concierge staff. To book specialty dining, you must scan a QR code and create an account, but it only allows booking 2 days out. The platform never worked for our group of three couples (aged 35-40, all tech-savvy). We had to visit the concierge daily, where we faced bad attitudes and reluctance. It felt like they made it difficult on purpose to discourage us from using these restaurants. Fortunately, this does not reflect the rest of the staff. Waiters, bartenders, and housekeeping were incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Miguel Martínez at the buffet for his outstanding service. It is a shame that the concierge desk, which should excel in hospitality, lacked it the most."
