"I believe that the owners are relying on the fact that this property is across the street from Disney, and therefore they have no incentive to provide a better guest experience at the front desk or maintain/upgrade the facilities. While the room was prepared very well by the housekeeping staff, we found it to feel very worn - there was a significant gap under the door that let in a lot of light, the carpet was very worn, every time someone near us closed their door it would rattle ours, overall just in need of a refresh. They also need to improve staffing the front desk at check-in time - when there are 12 parties lined up to check in but the staff are all on the phone and not helping in-person guests, it is ridiculous. Our room keys also quit working multiple times during our stay. Which yes, is a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme - but when our room was in the opposite tower from th lobby, and we're getting back after a long morning in the heat with two preschoolers who needed a cool room to rest in, this really does add another negative layer. It got to the point where I wanted to stay at the park in the afternoon while my mom took my kids back to the hotel for a break, but I couldn't because there was a chance the keys wouldn't work and one of us would have to run across the property, wait in line at front desk, and run back. To me, this small issue that kept happening cost me hundreds of dollars in wasted time I could have spent at Disney. "

"Loved how close it was to the theme park. Went on Saturday and the lines were soo long we cut the day short and headed to the hotel around 3 pm. Was accommodated very quickly and I decided to hit their fitness center. Talk about a great gym offering everything you want and no one in sight. My kids loved the splash pad at the pool. Woke up to a lovely breakfast and headed to the park to finish the weekend (we have season passes). Overall, great trip!"

"Clean, friendly staff. Pool and water slide a big hit with the grands. They supply towels etc. overall worth the money. Walking distance to Disneyland close to Mimi cafe and Panera. Definitely recommend "

"Staff was welcoming and friendly. Loved that they had shuttle service to and from the parks. The room was cleaned but it had a musky smell, maybe because the air wasn't on. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. Furniture and bathroom is dated. It would be better if they updated the bathroom, furniture and add usb outlets. The beds are older but they were comfy to me. Housekeeping comes to clean the room every 3 days but if you need garbage out the room or fresh towels & washcloths you have to call the front desk. Our tub stopped up everytime we took a shower and the sink had a leak around the knobs so we had to wipe the counter with towels in the morning. That morning before we went to the parks we told the front desk about the problems in the room and that we need fresh towels and the garbage taken out. They said they'll have someone to look at the tub & sink & send up fresh towels. Later that evening I received a call from the hotel & she said they were moving us to another room so when we come back stop at the front desk. We returned around 10:30pm. I told the gentlemen what the front desk said earlier. He looked at his computer and said that they fixed it and we don't have to move to another room. We got to the room and they did not clean up after themselves! There was caulk in the tub and dirt. Thank God we brought some clorox wipes, dawn liquid and lysol. My niece cleaned the whole bathroom! I think we'll be staying at a Disney hotel our next visit."
