"Very nice hotel adjacent to Fisherman's Wharf, The Cannery and Ghiradelli Square. The staff is super friendly and helpful and our room was very nice. We were on the 5th floor facing east with a view of the Bay and Alcatraz. Nice room with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom facilities. However, it did not have a mini-fridge, which would have been nice and the street sounds were occasionally pretty loud with high-revving cars, motorcycles and trash and delivery trucks. "

"This will be my go to hotel for anytime I need to stay near downtown San Francisco. The staff were nice, the restaurant and bar was nice to have in its place. The staff were very helpful too. The site does have only one elevator, but you are not waiting for it for long. "

"We loved our stay at this Holiday Inn! The location was a great home base for all our adventures in San Francisco! Our two rooms had amazing views of the city and the bay. They were clean and had everything we needed. The beds are doubles, not queens, but we knew this going into it. The pool was a little chilly due to the shade in the afternoon, but you can’t beat the view from the pool deck! My kids didn’t mind the temperature. The breakfast buffet is excellent, but a little pricey. We ate there once and then explored other good dining options around the area. This hotel is walking distance to the Civic Center Big Bus stop, if you want to do the Big Bus tour of the city!"

"This is a fantastic property near the Ferry Building. Can't beat the location, safe neighborhood and walking distance to points of interest. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. Love the lobby area with a variety of free coffees and teas. The guest services and free fill up water station on each floor is so thoughtful! There is a terrace and work out room, too! I felt safe and secure here due to security at the door and elevators that only function with a room key. The room I stayed in was small but that is the norm for many big cities and I felt perfectly comfortable staying here. Slept well, too! Thanks for a wonderful landing pad for a weekend get away!"

"This property was close enough to Oracle Park the Lyft was inexpensive. The property in general matched the price I paid. Cute rooms and undergoing construction. I do wish there was an AC unit. I couldn’t get the window to open but it wasn’t a big deal since it’s not hot in SF right now. "
