"Clean room, very friendly staff. The shorter lady with a beautiful smile is the best! Water went out the very last day, but other than that it was excellent. Very close walking distance to nice restaurants, night clubs, and beaches!"

"On the plus side the air conditioner was fully functional and needed as it was hot during my stay in the summer. On the other hand, the hotel and room are dated. It does have a small pool and outdoor dining area. However, in my room, several items including cabinets, mirrors and walls room were broken, old, or damaged. Also, the food was good. However, there were limited options to choose from at the restaurant. That said, I would stay here, again, because the staff and location were awesome! Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful, and the hotel is located at the end of a quiet street with a nice view of the ocean. It's not a resort or massive hotel. However, it is a nice place that allows you to rest at night after enjoying the beach and other activities in the area."

"El hotel es muy bonito, pero le falta un mejor servicio. La habitación no tenía jabón para lavar las manos, y una silla del balcón estaba quebrada, si uno se sentaba, se rompía. Pedimos que nos corrigieran estas dos deficiencias y, a pesar de comunicarlo dos veces, en más de 4 horas, no lo corrigieron. Una tercera llamada, muy molesta, hizo que finalmente lo corrigieran. El restaurante Aguaji, premiado entre los mejores de América Latina, tiene un menú de degustación muy desequilibrado: contamos con 10 carbohidratos, poca proteína y casi nada de verduras. Esa noche tuvimos problemas estomacales. ¡No lo recomendamos!"
