My 4 night 5 day stay at the Terra Linda resort was pretty Nice. I felt extremely Safe with aThe Terra Lindas Security staff on Duty 24 /7!.The On Site Restaurants Staff was Anazing,and pleasant to be aerved by them. The Room Service Staff were really freindl! The only issue i had was with my shower head in my bano! OTHER than thatv. it was a gr8 stay!

The room did not look the same as the internet photo the furniture was worn and dated, mold was in corners of the bathroom walls, no door knob and the lights were dim

Good property in a very central Location in Sosua. Great restaurant and service . The breakfast included was very tasty and the service was great . The room was .. umm OK but the cleaning staff were great. The pool was big and really quite nice. Security is out front 24/7 which is handy and the front staff were friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and overall the area/ town is busy and there’s lots of bars w Ladies very close by. (mag). You can walk to a beach (Playa Alecia) in about 10 mins and the bigger Sosua beach is about a 20 min walk. It’s about 20 mins from the airport and if your into food there were some really good restaurants within walking distance. I’m going with good value for the money, great location friendly staff , but nothing super fancy.

Front desk service is good, but the restaurant service is bad I mean very bad you have to wait at least 15 min to get anything even just a cup of coffee with 4 to 6 ppl in the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant are unhappy for some reason….

My key opened multiple rooms. No chains or extra security for the doors . This place seems like it caters to people looking for a one night stand . My room 110 had no working AC . Then change to 203 No working AC again . No reception staff to attend to issues after 10p. The security guard did try help us by changing the room to One with a working AC. He seemed to be overwhelmed because he had to attend to duties not related to his job but he did help. Honestly i stayed one night because I was passing On my way to Puerto Plata , and needed a place to crash but if i knew i would have kept going . Sheets were dirty . Toilet paper drenched in water falling from The ceiling . Mold on the walls .

Central location & walking distance to places of interests. Restaurant food is good. On site parking for guests. Property clean. Rooms clean but dated. Odor in bathroom maybe due to plumbing pipes need to be cleaned or replaced. Seems like the odor is coming up from drains. Bathroom fixtures need to be replaced. AC unit in room needs to be cleaned. Mold seem to be inside unit. Over night security guard unfriendly.

The water was dirty i had to change my room 2 times becsuse the air conditioning was blowing warm air and they control the air . The remote control to the tv probably need batteries the pool was closed and wasnt advertised that it was closed . The property isnt taken care of . This isnt a resort its more of a hotel . The staff members was okay but the place isnt good to many small issues.

This is not a 3/4 star property it isn’t even a resort. It’s more like a 1star and some of the local prostitutes use the premises. None of the state amenities are true, none of the staff speaks English, AC units in rooms don’t work, no linens in the room even after being switched 2x, lighting is bad in the corridors and makes you feel unsafe. Beds are hard and lumpy. The only redeeming quality is armed security onsite which was an absolute must given the questionable characters that frequent the property
