"I had a very good experience at CitizenM Seattle Downtown. This is a modern, unique hotel with a very distinctive personality. From the moment you walk in, its creative, contemporary, and stylish design stands out, offering a fresh and youthful atmosphere that sets it apart from many other hotels in the area. The rooms are somewhat smaller than those found in traditional hotels, but they are thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and efficiently use the available space. Both the room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its outstanding location. It is ideally situated in downtown Seattle, allowing guests to walk to many of the city’s main attractions within 5 to 10 minutes, and most others within about 15 minutes. This makes it an excellent choice for visitors who want to explore the city without relying on transportation. The staff provided good service, and the hotel is very easy to access. In addition, the room we stayed in on the sixth floor offered spectacular views of the city, making our stay even more enjoyable. , it is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a clean, modern, well-located hotel with a unique concept in the heart of Seattle. 100% recommended."

"Hotel location is good for events at Climate Pledge otherwise blah. Pros -location, location Cons - small rooms (double beds touching the walls/can only get in on one side - under construction/ workers noisy/ unsafe with carpet laying around. Walls patched- no paint - parking very limited/ small spaces in garage - old hotel- seen better days - $$$$"

"The hotel is in a great location. I had a few issues: 1. There's only one working elevator in the entire hotel. 2. The room did not have wash clothes and only had 1/2 roll toilet tissue. I called down at check-in to request these items, they never came. The next day I had to call twice before the final brought the items. 3. At check in I used my debit card to pay. I was charged the cost of the room plus $100 deposit. On the day of check out, I was charged (AFTER I CHECKED OUT) an additional $100 deposit. I spoke to 3 different front desk reps and they each gave me a different story. Needless to say, my receipt said my room total was $493.26 and I ended up with $693.26 hold on my card. Which I'll have to wait at least a week to get both deposits back."

"My wife and I celebrated a mini honeymoon in Seattle and stood at the Astra hotel and had a marvelous time. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a modern and chic touch. Rooms were nice with updated bathrooms and a huge tv in front of our bed. Staff was very kind and attentive through out 5 days stay. It’s located in a very nice and safe neighborhood in South Lake Union and centrally located. 12-15 walk to Space Museum and 20 minute walk to Pike Market, Capitol Hill is about a 10-12 minute walk. There are quite a few really good restaurants within a block and surrounding area. Whole foods is about a 3 min walk next to coffee shops and other restaurants. I highly recommend staying at this hotel as we were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit"
