The location was ideal for getting around Edinburgh town centre. There was plenty of space and amenities. It was very clean and the staff we spoke with were quite pleasant. I liked having electronic entry so no keys to keep track of. It was very noisy with auto-closing doors and outside noise. We happened to be there during a heatwave and the bedroom window would not stay open. The price was a bit high but the location probably dictates high rents.

This property met all our expectations. It’s in a perfect location, very clean, newly renovated, and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of space throughout the property. The bedrooms were very large, and the living room was huge. The kitchen had all the utensils and equipment needed for cooking if desired. The street where it is located is quiet and close to bars, restaurants, shops, and both the old and new town. Highly recommended.

Stay here. Best location. Down a quiet lane but minutes from top restaurants and pubs. The communication with the company couldn’t be better / faster. So much space, two parents, two teens… no complaints. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will stay again in the future.

We rented the two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious especially considering its location. Never having been in Edinburgh before we were unsure on whether to stay in old or new town and in the end this was the perfect choice. It was located on a quiet street but very walkable to everything. It was also helpful that the property management office is just down the street and we were able to leave our bags there before checking in as our arrival to the city was well before check in. The staff were very helpful and were very quick to respond to any questions. Overall great apartment and would definitely stay there again.

Apartment was great for the most part (kitchen, bathroom, plenty of space, comfortable beds and bedding, functional internet/tv) and location in New Town was awesome. But I didn’t like that they didn’t tell me until after I made a nonrefundable booking that there was no elevator and that we’d have to hike to the 4th floor with our 18 month old, my 67 year old mother and all of our luggage, groceries. Also, the automatically closing doors to every room within the apartment were very annoying (made it almost impossible to do a load of laundry or communicate with people in any other room — they need to provide door stops), as was hitting our heads on the very low angled ceiling/shower. Like the rest of the UK, there are no outlets in the bathroom, so ladies need a space to get ready elsewhere and they only had a mirror in one of the bedrooms.

Abruptly Tried to Kickus Out 15mins After Checkout

very rude and abrupt at check out (11am). First we had the cleaner knocking at 1058, I told her my husband was on his way with a rental car to pick us up. She was quite nice. 11:15 a very abrupt lady knocking angrily insisting that we get out as they need to clean, I told her that I had just spoke to my husband and he would be back at noon to pick us up. She was very stressed by this like it was just unbelievable!! she said she would need to speak to the office and maybe they were going to charge us for a late check out, which I am completely fine with!, I explained to her we have a ton of luggage and we can’t possible leave before he gets back with the car or we would. 1145 another angry lady about to knock on the door as we begin to hual our luggage out….she just turned and stomped away….The point is they could have relayed all the same information in a much nicer manner, I don’t need angry women insisting that we get out!!! Not very nice start to the day!! And given they were unable to accommodate any kind of early checkin after our 17hr travel, even with our noon check out 3hrs I think should be plenty to clean a small apartment, assuming there are other guests checking in the same day. We will be back to Edinburgh at least 5 times this year, and if it wasn’t for the check out we would have likely stayed here again in the future, now we will not. In the end we were charged $50 for late check out, would have loved to just nicely been told that.

Very conveniently located, no car needed! Property was super secure, easy to navigate in and out, and quiet. Rooms were very spacious, loved the high, vaulted ceilings. Kitchenette was super convenient. Only complaints was the washer/dryer is not very workable. Oddly requires like 90-120 minutes after the dryer cycle before the door unlocks... however, after 2 hours of "drying" nothing was dry, but not enough time to go through the whole process again, so packed wet clothes.
