A very clean property, fairly centrally located. Really helpful notes on travel, attractions and eateries. Clear instructions on entry to the flat as well as a helpful phone number to contact. Spacious and comfortable but some areas for improvement with rickety bathroom accessories and bit off the beaten path
convent to town, the airport and the bus route. it had everything you would need for a short stay. Coffee, tea ect.

We stayed in Apartment 4 which is a studio apartment, so the bed is a sofa bed which is fine for us, bathroom was great, the apartment was compact but had everything you need
25 minutes to Waverley Station walking downhill and £7 for Uber on the way back
Considering Edinburgh prices we felt this was a decent price

L’emplacement (il faut marcher 30 minutes pour être dans Old Town) , tout comme l’appartement sont très bien.
Les 2 seuls « points noirs »:
- aucune information pour le Check out
- une insonorisation vraiment à revoir. On entend absolument tout chez les voisins et la première nuit ca a été l’enfer avec des voisins ivres qui ont fait la fête jusque 4h du matin…

Central beliggende hyggelig 1.vær.
Central beliggende lille 1 vær. Lejlighed, flot badeværelse, det lille køkken indholdt det man skal bruge, der er endda opvaskemaskine. Og ude på gangen er der vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Skøn seng. Ligger i et stille område og ikke langt fra bus og indkøbsmuligheder.

Apparement très agréable
Séjour agréable dans un appartement refait à neuf. La localisation à 20 min du vieux centre est très pratique, pour faire son petit sport du matin ;)
Très bien équipé et bien décoré, cet appartement est parfait si vous voulez restez quelques jours en ayant la possiblite de réellement se faire à manger et profiter de s’asseoir dans le canapé très confortable.

Compact and loud
The flat was compact, but had everything we needed. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The noise from the neighbouring rooms was horrendous. The social club next door was loud when it was open and we had to put up with hours of loud music and people smoking outside. The location of the property was good with excellent access to buses.

Very nice studio apartment
We had a few problems getting in due to a dead battery in the key fob but it was quickly resolved and when we got settled we were very happy with the studio apartment. It was very nicely furnished with everything you needed in the kitchen and a smart tv (which we took a little while to figure out) and very nice bathroom.
It’s 25-30 minutes walk from the city centre but that suits us. There are two supermarkets within a five minute walk. All good and we’d stay again.

Good place if you dont mind a bit of a walk
Neat and clean, the apartment i booked was quite small but still had everything i needed. Easy on road parking and you can park close.
Location is walkable to town centre but after a day exploring i needed a break but it was a nice cheap taxi ride back.
My only suggestion to them would be to put a sign in the room indicating what to do with the key on checkout

Great little apartments, within 20-30 mins walk of all the sites. Lots of nice little touches, including milk and food left for you.
Es war alles sehr gut. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Typisch englisches Frühstück. Wer gern einen richtigen Kaffee trinken möchte, muss aber in ein Café gehen.
Apartment was a bit too far out for us ideally but very clean and smart. Although there was air con,it didn’t seem to work so it was really hot and there is a bar or social club on the corner of the street which made opening the window too noisy to sleep and smokers stood outside which came in. Also no instructions for microwave and 1 sofa bed was very wonky as the screw was out so the bed tipped. Apartment was perfectly adequate apart from that
