I had a great stay here; the staff were helpful, the room was clean, the breakfasts were ample. I have no complaints - just some advice for anyone who, like myself, wants to get to and from New York and prefers walking or public transportation over taxis.
To reach the hotel, you need the 163 service from the Port Authority Terminal to Ridgewood (NOT the Paramus Arcola one); get off at Century Road (just after Alpine Drive), and either walk down Century Road or through the George Washington...

Excellent service from all the staff at the hotel. From when I arrived at the hotel and until I checked out 12 days later the service in this hotel was superb. Congratulations to Mohammed and his team for making me feel comfortable and welcome. I am due to visit New Jersey in a few months and will stay at the Crowne Plaza Saddle Brook.

Very convenient location with a great view of Times Square from the window. Very clean and has the perfect amenities - good shampoo, conditioner and a steamer.
Comfy beds, great tv, nice atmosphere/decor.
Nowhere to put clothing/put away suitcase but as I was only staying a night this did not matter at all.

Hotel is in a great location Midtown to easily access all the sights by walking and is 5 mins walk to Grand Central station for access to the subway and trains.
Rooms are very clean and well equipped with tea / coffee and fridge facilities.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Well equipped gym with cardio machines and a good selection of dumbbells for weight training.
Definitely recommend this hotel

This is my second time staying here. Hotel is very clean, staff is very helpful. Nice to see that they improved storage for suitcases ( comparing to 2 years ago).

Perfect location on 5th Avenue. Private, quiet and full of old school courtesy from the wonderful staff. If you can afford it, you will be very well looked after

This hotel saved our stay in NYC. Booked very last minute (the night before), as the hotel we were supposed to stay let us down big time. But coming to Soho 54 made us feel so good and positive about our staying. Everything was just perfect, the room was great with all the comforts (especially the bed!), all the staff was so helpful (Elise was the only name we asked, but everyone we crossed, thank you !), the hotel facilities were great (coffees/teas/bottled water always available and free)...
