"Love this hotel. Friendly staff. Lots of places to eat nearby and they door dash to the hotel. Ivwas a bit worried when I dat on the bed. It was very soft. (I normally like more supportive firm beds). BEST SLEEP EVER IN A HOTEL. I will stay here again."

"Clean room, everything smelled fresh and clean, including the hallways, which were wide and bright. Could not hear my neighbors. Lobby and breakfast area very clean and good breakfast. Bed was comfortable and clean. Carpets were not stained and bathroom was sparkling. I have cheated out in my hotels recently and decided to go with a better one and it is definitely worth the price. "

"Breakfast was good. Not the highest of quality but plentiful, varied and great selection of toppings for the oatmeal bar. The server was the best. She made sure to cook the waffles in advance so no waiting needed. Room was clean. Private as we didn’t hear the neighbors. Some worn down areas. Saw a few cockroaches so we decided to store all of food in the fridge and didn’t use any of the kitchen supplies. (We chose not to notify the receptionist as we figured that it could easily be a building wide issue). Gym is quaint and available. It was nice the first time. Second day super muggy and too warm to work out comfortably. Swimming pool still closed for the season."

"The room looked clean until I found a large roach when I awakened in the middle of the night scurrying across the floor. It was very noisy. There were a lot of children and families this particular weekend. I was also awakened in the middle of the night with loud music. I will not be staying here again."

"Hyatt Place at Rea Farm was excellent. I do wish the pool wasn't seasonal but otherwise it was excellent. The area is super family and dog friendly as well. I think for the return on investment it's one of the better stays I've had recently. Highly recommended!"
