We stayed here for an event at the BoA stadium & we didn’t want to stay in the midst of everything. The location of this hotel was perfect for us. It’s in a great area, where stores & restaurants are just a short drive or walk. The hotel was clean & the staff was friendly. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Charlotte!

Drive from TX to here during spring break. The staff was amazing. Check in was a breeze, room was clean and super comfortable. I loved the stay and location it was sooo nice the kids even asked if we could move there lol. Breakfast was AMAZING hot etc, I'd definitely go back & stay here target a few other shops near by

This hotel although old and tired looking was very quiet and the beds comfortable. The rate was low and still included a free breakfast. There were allot of choices at breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area could definitely use an update or refresh.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. The mirror had dust and the floor wasn’t clean which makes you wonder how well the room was cleaned. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

Rooms tight. Very little room between desk/wall and extremely tight between bed and dresser. Also - gym has three treadmills, all out of order! All were out on previous stay three months ago. Ice machine on 2nd floor produced no ice. Management has to do better. Breakfast below average per usual. Staff good.
