"A/C in first room did not work and the front desk was wonderful at switching me to another room. HOOKS PLEASE! I don’t know why hotels don’t have hooks in the bathrooms. There was one in the back of the door but if you’re trying to hang up multiple towels and have a hanging toilet kit it is very inconvenient. This seems to be a problem at many places these days… The weekend was VERY hot so it was wonderful to have place to land that was cool and quiet!"

"The place is beautiful. The rooms are little small and could use updating. When I turned the air on the windows rattled so loud. I had to keep it on low to avoid the noise. No microwave in the room and be prepared for the slamming door at 6am. Other than those things we really enjoyed our time. "

"I decided to go low-budget for my two-night stay in Chestertown (in town for the Rock Hall Triathlons). This place is convenient and an excellent choice for someone who doesn't plan to spend a lot of time in their room. Rooms are spare w/no frills. Basically four lights in the entire room (overhead, wall, bathroom, shower). Bed was reasonably comfortable. "Room was very clean and comfy. Staff was great. Location was great for an event at Rocky Point. One issue - and I've never complained about noise at a hotel in my life. But my room was the closet to the lobby desk. And for a long while around midnight - there was a lengthy conversation in the lobby - with one voice being a very loud male voice. I recommend a sign posted in the lobby asking people to keep conversations at a minimum volume late at night. One more thing - since I couldn't sleep during that time - I would have liked watching TV quietly. But the power cord and cable were both pulled out - and sitting on top of the heavy cabinet - with no way of plugging them in. That was strange. But I was still pleased with the room - and the price - and I do not need or want a response to this. Thanks!"
