Beautifully decorated, comfy bed and extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Fantastic spa hotel with neighbouring Woodland Trust forest to explore. The leisure facilities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, hydro-pool and steam room. There's also a wonderful roof terrace which was handy as it was a lovely sunny day. We ate dinner and lunch at the hotel, both were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to organise a late checkout with the reception team who were very flexible. We will certainly stay again.

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place. The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time. Everything was perfect. Clean and nicely decorated hotel with good quality amenities, toiletries and in room facilities. Food was lovely and there was a good pool and gym. They put some nice treats in the room for my birthday. The service was outstanding and made the stay special.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and opulent. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Glass of champagne on arrival which was delicious and special pastries and fruit to celebrate our anniversary. The only downside was the discretionary service charge which seemed rather steep on checking out.

We stay at The Lanesborough regularly when visiting London. This was our second Christmas stay and we have already booked for 2024 because this hotel is wonderful. The staff are all incredible and make you feel so special.

Location was excellent and free car/taxi service from hotel if car and driver were around. Cost was high.

The Connaught was a lovely experience, of a true London traditional hotel. Couldn't fault our stay. Facilities great incl pool spa area. Location perfect for new bond st /mayfair area

Very clean and new studio apartment, bed super comfortable and good shower, toaster, hob, oven (with integrated microwave) and cutlery etc. Complimentary tea & coffee in the lounge area and room. Friendly & warm welcome - first class service - very clean throughout, comfortable beds and quiet for such a central Mayfair position.

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.
