"Clean everwhere. Good breakfast with hot options like eggs, sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, with seemingly a rotating menu because on Monday there was french toast and different eggs to make a sandwich with. Mostly convenient room; there weren't enough towel bars to hang them and the TV was off to the side, not centered with the bed. There wasn't any liquid soap or body wash, just a couple bar soaps, but I brought my own. Walk-in shower, no tub, which was a plus for me. Good AC cooling, privacy shutter on the window to let in natural light. Convenient location, albeit there wasn't much signage for the hotel outside so follow your GPS. Close to everything in Dayton, highways, half an hour from the renaissance faire. Friendly staff throughout. Great stay!"

"Need to get new key cards everytime u leave the room that def needs improvement but location was great breakfast was great and overall stay was great but cops were there numerous times and ppl I think staff was outside working on peoples cars and ect and come from not so good criminal backgrounds"

"Room was clean. No hair dryer, coffee maker & lounge chair in room. This was all fine with us since we just wanted a place to rest our heads in a clean place for an affordable price."

"Wonderful stay! aesthetically pleasing you can tell they’ve done a lot of remodeling and it shows!! the facilities were 10 out of 10! The only complaint is that the pool wasn’t up and going! Hotels really need to start updating the website! The indoor pool was one of the reasons why I chose to stay there! And it was completely empty! That should be known before you decide to stay there!"

"All the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Cable selection was also very broad, lots of channels, along with on demand options. While some of the pictures online show a hot tub, it is no longer functional, but the pool was well maintained and clean. Location is very convenient, close to the highway (but far away enough that you don't hear it), in a safe area, and in close proximity to many restaurants. Staff is obviously used to hosting Renaissance Festival attendees as they did not blanch at us checking out in our costumes, and we saw many others there preparing to go to the festival that day as well. We will be staying here again when we return next year!"
