"Desk light and bathroom lights did’nt work. Noisy refrigerator. No ice in ice machine. Elevator was very noisy. I would’nt stay there again."

"Took two hours to check in due to our booking given to someone else with a duplicate confirmation number through websites. When we got our room the window was wide open and it was 35 outside. The person who checked in first had been given that room and then was moved to another room. There were no tissues in the room. The night clerk did a good job trying to fix the problem so I don’t blame him. I think the desk clerk before him made some changes to our registration to put the other person in the room. It should not have been that difficult. "

"Room was very clean. Comfortable bed…. But NO hot water! The three reasons I picked a motel.,,,, I guess two out of three isn’t bad!😬😬 Mentioned it to the morning desk clerk. All sh said was I’m sorry. No consideration was offered"

"Though the outside seems to need some cosmetic repairs…don’t be fooled! The rooms and common areas are beautiful and clean. Richard serves breakfast every morning and will even make eggs to order! It was a great stay!"
