Room and bathroom clean, showing slight wear and not the most modern in tech or amenities. Staff were polite although not especially enthusiastic. Note from cleaner was very sweet - thank you! Free water in fridge was a bonus.

The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to Buckingham Palace. There’s some nice shops nearby. Formative coffee makes a great flat white. The rooms were in very good condition, the staff was incredibly attentive and my room was very quiet. I could not hear anything from neighboring rooms and the hotel is away from traffic. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
