I paid an increased rate for the room due to the event in town and they offered nothing more than an apology for the inconvenience of making us run late for the show"

"The room didnt look anything like pictures posted on hotels.com. Shower door was beaten down, shower not working and in general the floors and bathrooms don’t look clean. Terrible experience."

"We were attending a concert at Lucas Oil. The valet parking was backed up across the intersection and no organization. The lady at check in was not friendly. I had two rooms and was charged almost triple the rate and spent most of the next business day getting that corrected. When I went to get my car the keys were in a locked cabinet but not tagged all just thrown in there. I asked if I could look and found my keys and out sons. I could have picked any car and left! The rooms need 2 queens not full size beds. All in all we have an even in a couple months and we chose a different location. "
