We stayed here just one night on route up from Nashville toward a road-trip around Lake Michigan. It was cost-effective and a good location but it was a very pleasant surprise. We didn't get a chance to use the casino but the room was exceptional - it felt brand new, all the amenities were great and the bed wonderfully comfortable - would thoroughly recommend if you aren't looking to stay in the centre and need somewhere south of the city

Miguel, Kristin and all of the hotel staff, went above and beyond to accommodate our many needs
and unique situation. The hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable. The provided guest amenities in the bathroom were thoughtful and very useful. Will stay again!

Visited this hotel as somewhere to stay during the Chicago marathon weekend. Visited with my son. Room was large with good facilities, clean and well maintained. Well located I. The Chinatown area of Chicago, good public transport links close by.
Staff were all polite and helpful and breakfast was a very good start to the day. Would recommend

The hotel was great, the two ladies at the reception Lesley the manager and Miralda were excellent and helpful, there was another lady at the breakfast buffet who also was great, the breakfast buffet while simple is delicious especially the waffles. And again the staff are world class

Huge bed, large room, very clean and a surplus of towels. Coffee maker was situated in the bathroom, which was a little strange, but perhaps it was placed there to fill the space as the bathroom was so big. Walls are thick enough for there to be no noise disturbance (confirmed by a colleague staying next door when I apologised for a particularly loud phonecall which he did not hear a decibel of). Reception staff were polite, helpful and informative. I appreciated the 24hr coffee/tea facilities...

We used the airport shuttle to get to a train for downtown Chicago. Around an hour in total but getting back took a little longer. Otherwise good hotel with good local restaurant and shopping, particularly convenient for Midway airport.
