"Nice stay "

"In room laundry was convenient, though the combo washer/drier takes at least 4 hours per load. Microwave/oven did not work. We were given what appeared to be a handicap accessible room, so there were no door or shower thresholds. The shower doors were a pair of bi-folding doors. But since there was a missing T-astragal and no thresholds, water would leak all over the floor and spread outward. Room window on floor 1 had no privacy. Floors are hard vinyl, no carpets. So rather uncomfortable. Location is ok, but at least 15-20 min walk to train or tube at London Bridge Station. Good restaurants and convenience store nearby."

"Breakfast was great. The rooms were exceptionally nice. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The location is fantastic for walking to shops, restaurants and tourist sites."

"Room had a little kitchenette with plates, little sink, microwave - super handy! Amazing view from 12th floor. Didn’t bother with breakfast as the queue was massive. Staff were lovely. Lighting in the room was excellent, various options for different moods! Would definitely stay again. Great location."

"Everthing was very good , breakfast was very good the only thing I would change and this is from my point of view was that the toilet were to low which when getting on in years can be a bit of a problem. The hotel is located in just the right area."

"Clean room. Shower didn’t drain very well. Tried to use online check in but digital key couldn’t be accessed and staff seemed to have no idea about the online check in process. Upgraded to exec but didn’t receive complimentary water. Friendly staff, greatly kept hotel, room was great (much better than photos give away!). TV was rather slow. A 50/50 experience."

"What a find! Such an incredibly unique space. We were in the Lambeth Suite - huge room at the top of the building with incredible high ceiling in the eaves and view of the Shard through the arched window. Very comfy bed and fantastic shower. The room Was incredibly quiet for a city location. Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful and the bar downstairs is lovely. This is a very special place. Sadly no time for breakfast which looked like an amazing Indian feast!"
