Upgraded to exec but didn’t receive complimentary water. Friendly staff, greatly kept hotel, room was great (much better than photos give away!). TV was rather slow. A 50/50 experience."

"What a find! Such an incredibly unique space. We were in the Lambeth Suite - huge room at the top of the building with incredible high ceiling in the eaves and view of the Shard through the arched window. Very comfy bed and fantastic shower. The room Was incredibly quiet for a city location. Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful and the bar downstairs is lovely. This is a very special place. Sadly no time for breakfast which looked like an amazing Indian feast!"
