"The room was absolutely beautifully prepared for our arrival and was spotlessly clean. The staff member who checked us in was so friendly and helpful, we truly felt welcomed. Room service breakfast was such a generous serve and a true taste sensation. "

"The hotel was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Food was great but definitely on the more expensive side. The only thing I will say is as we were staying 2 nights we did ask the housekeeping person outside our room when we were leaving for the day to make up our room. She replaced towels, however our sheets had coffee on them. The bed didn't get fresh sheets. She also never replaced tissues or a toilet roll. Should we travel to Canberra again I would still stay here."
