Excellent hotel, friendly staff and very comfy room/bed. Very tasty breakfast included in room rate! Will definitely stay again when travels take me that way.

Do not arrive before 3pm, you will be told to come back later. Think receptionist was having a bad weekend our stay… but rest of staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok, bagels, toast, coffee was a bit slow to be refreshed and hot plate was not hot… this was noticed on our 2nd day when “hot food” was to be microwaved. Laundry facilities were ok, standard US top loader and dryer. Finding it was a bit of a task, for reference it’s on the ground floor of building 3 by the gym and...

I would stay in our original accommodation but I found it small so we upgraded to a room with a king bed and fireplace. Glad we did. It was amazing. The views are fantastic on a clear day. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Lovely place very comfortable

I have given it excellent under every heading simply because this was one of the nicest motels I've ever stayed in - lovely people, a good rate, and very well equipped, comfortable rooms. What more could one want?

Just perfect on a road trip. Able to drive right up to door. Quick brekkie in reception just what was needed before hitting the road.

We had a very good experience when we visited the motel. We're a family of four and travelling around the six states so looking for a place for one night, clean, good beds, laundry, etc. the hotel stood up to the test and the staff were very attentive.

Owner was not terribly customer friendly. So whilst this is. Lovely place to stay the service could be improved.

Very friendly staff, well equipped rooms of an excellent standard. On Tuesdays they have free food & drinks which were available when we arrived tired & hungry so were very pleased. Nice pool & gym. Breakfast was also excellent.

We had the most memorable and enjoyable stay with John on our way down from Lake George back to New York City. We were met with the warmest welcome. It was like staying with an old friend in a house you always look forward to visiting. I can highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area or not.

The Nest was a lovely spot, nice and quint. Very clean and very comfortable bed. Everything was lovely apart from that we had no lights. We got back in the dark and no lights were working. We struggled through our suitcases etc. with our torch on our mobile. I measaged the property who says that they are available 24/7. I left it 2 days and still no response from the property. That is outting your service as poor.
