The most helpful aspect was the half hourly included shuttle service to the airport which started early and kept going until almost midnight. Very friendly drivers.

Lovely old charm hotel with excellent staff well located to public transport. The set meal in the brasserie was outstanding - prepared by the Michelin stared chef - but delivered in a relaxed manner overlooking the Amsel river. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very nice in every thing. It is only 12 minutes from the centre. Metro is few yards a way. Many shops and two supermarkets are within few yards. staff are excellent they helped in every thing 24 hours available. Coffe and tea with sweets available free all times. Breakfast is fantastic. Lovely hotel in a superb position. We booked a deluxe room and were located on the 5th floor overlooking the river. We had a super size balcony. The room was just perfect and the bed and pillows made for a very relaxing and comfortable sleep. The bathroom was a fantastic size with all the amenities .. full size bath and walk-in shower .. double sinks etc and the towels were extra large. Hotel is in a great location, especially for exploring all the North has to offer (and we found a lot!), staff were super friendly. Room was a bit dated but was quiet and worked well for us. Easy to get over on the ferry too, and subcult next door was great for breakfast and night cap drinks.

Breakfast was very good, there are lot of activities around the area.

Was shocked when we arrived, as this was one of the cheaper hotels available in Haarlem. It was stunning, everything looked brand new and the rooms were very nice. The bar service wasn't brilliant - I think the person was new so we ended up double paying for drinks and getting mostly head in the beer. Otherwise a great stay!

Great staff, i fell sick during one night. The receptionist staff was very helpful, helped me through night. I wanted to personally thank you the staff during checkout, however it was different staff at the desk at that time so i passed my message on them.

Great hostel, good connections to the central train station with a free ferry that takes around 30 mins.
