"The stay for a week was great. Their Staff is one of the best I have ever encountered. The Front Desk folks were super, esp NADIA who went over and above to make sure that me with my arthritis and neuropathy problems was able to get around and helped get me with help to the Train Station and Disabilities Folks for train to Paris!!!"

"The room was expertly designed to enable a good night's sleep. Using an ipad you could darken the glass to prevent any light coming in from the street. The ipad also gave you access to an incredible range of TV stations and controlled the temperature and lighting in the room. It was particularly great to be able to control the temperature. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent! "

"The hotel location is few minutes walk to Amsterdam central station and to the old town . We had the chance to see most of the neighborhoods at anytime of the day. We used the triple room and it was efficient for our needs.Staff were helpful. Breakfast excellent with several options. "

"My first hostel experience and I was pleasantly surprised by encounters I had with other travelers. My pod was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to report. The BUNK has my vote and I will pass the experience on to friends and family."

"The only disappointment was the size of the room. The site said 200 square meters for the room, but the room seemed significantly smaller. There was maybe .25 meters between the bed, the toilet was in a closet and there was no door on the shower closet. Definitely do not recommend for two traveling friends."

"Nice hotel in excellent location. Spacious room, comfortable, safe and quiet. Everything was great but would expect better cleaning standards in room and at the breakfasts room. Room was cold at night. Pool amazing. Otherwise we had comfortable stay and would return anytime."
