She let us know all the options available to me and made sure that I was taken care of. She sent a text to our room to make sure we had everything we needed after we got there. I know that’s a service they provide. But it was a great experience. "

"Upon arrival at the airport I was picked up by the friendly driver Ayauna! She was also the same driver that took me to where I was speaking the following day. The hotel is very clean and the bar was kind enough to take my order for a grilled cheese for dinner. Saturday night there were children running LATE into the evening on the 5th floor and the front desk promptly moved my room after the children continued running in the hallway after 10pm. I would stay here again, the staff is truly lovely. "
