"When we checked into the room, there was a large puddle of water leaking from humidifier due to cracked tank. Super small dorm fridge with shelves and door to freezer missing. Outlet cover was busted showing wiring. Hot tub was out of order entire week with the problem being as simple as, according to man at front desk, it needed a heating element. Guests washed their feet in pool causing sand to accumulate in the pool. All of these complaints were reported to desk manager within hour of checking in along with pictures. Only response from him was “really? Hmm”. I even asked for a different room preferably with a view of the ocean as opposed to a view of the peeling paint on wall. Said there would be a $50 to $60 increase… we were already paying way too much already. Also breakfast was a joke. Apples, stale muffins wrapped in Saran Wrap, few cartons of Activia yogurt and Tropicana you pour yourself from a half empty jug. The desk manager was of no help at all but the maid was good about bringing us towels to clean the water soaked floor from humidifier which had to be done every few hours. Thanks for that. "Nice hotel room was smelly but pretty clean ac filter was nasty making my nose get really bad on allergies the elevator was a nightmare they have 2 elevators out of order in a busy day so it was real bad .the first day they have some activity and to check in took me almost 2 hrs and I was car number 5 in a line so have no option but to get valet parking that is 50 a night .besides that great location nice people front desk was great lobby was nice restaurants were a little pricey but were good food "

"Check in and check out great went to eat at salty rim felt like we were a inconvenience to seat server went and talked to hostess for 5 min before getting a drink order or even greeting us when we decided to walk out they looked at us like oh well very disappointed since we did not arrive til late and just wanted to eat on property and had to go to another establishment"

"Filthiest Hilton I ever stayed at. Toenail on bed, pubic hair under blanket, mildew (possibly black mold in shower), debris on floor, used kpod in coffee machine, unusable safe, abandoned building next store with unsavory people outside at night blasting music. Ancient shower head with no water pressure Whole property smells musty. We had to beg to get the room cleaned and it was never properly cleaned. First day maid showed up too early and when we requested she return later she said "no". Second to last day maid just pulled up blanket and left two towels on counter leaving all garbage cans full and us with no toilet paper. Absolutely awful, complained at front desk and was told a manager would be present Sunday for us to speak to. This was a lie as no manager was on site, we were also informed no cleaning crew is available after 1:30pm. I will be contacting corporate as I expect more from the Hilton name."
