"The property is an older one, that could use an upgrade but it was decent. The room I received did have candy in the bedroom and living room from the last person. There was deep indents in the carpet from maybe a dog? Old water damage on the walls from maybe a overflow on the room above us. Stains on the couch and big cracks on the door too. Housekeeping could have done better. Overall the best part was the customer service and free breakfast too. I was here for business trip 2 weeks. "

"The people at the front desk were rude. There was stuff smeared all over the ceiling. The pool room had the power sprayer sitting out as well as all their water softener bags. They did not have GFI outlets near the pool. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. We were very disappointed. "

"The room was clean, new furnishings and the bathroom great. The breakfast also had all the offerings and was delightful. Would definitely stay again!"

"First of all, when I thought I was booking a jacuzzi room on Expedia, I was not. I got there, no jacuzzi in my suite, lady on the phone said "well, you booked a suite, not a jacuzzi room," and didn't offer any more assistance on the matter. So if you're hoping to get a jacuzzi in the room like the pictures show, just know you can't book it directly on Expedia or their website, because it wasn't there either. The lady who checked us in was a different person, and she was phenomenal. She must work late evenings/nights at the front desk, and she was great conversation, but whoever answered the phone was cold and obviously didn't want to be at work. The hotel in general was a disappointment. I didn't get the room I thought I was getting (and there wasn't any specific choice for a jacuzzi room besides their suites—you would think they'd make that clear, but whatever), and the breakfast was not good at all! Only hot item was waffles, and you could get bagels, bread, fruit, cereal or oatmeal, yogurt and milk, but it was a really small selection. The apple juice and the orange juice were watered down, too. Tasted like flavored water. The room was clean and nice, and the front desk lady at night was really nice, but we did not particularly enjoy our stay. Oh and the key cards do not work to get into the back door because they are OBVIOUSLY a different type of key. No elevator. If you have bad knees, prepare to take the stairs anyway. Place is a little run down, but clean. Totally meh."
